Social Scenes Social Scenes (formerly Spotlight) is an innovative drama-based social pragmatics program for youth ages 9-22 with social-emotional challenges such as Asperger's Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and related diagnoses.

On Cue groups encourage children ages 5-10 to learn and practice social skills in an activities-based setting, facilitating interaction and play amongst peers and counselors. |

Our groups for teens and young adults transitioning into adulthood
address skills such as independence, self awareness and identity,
community living, understanding dating and relationships, education
and employment and more.

Support Groups for Teens and Parents Registration for our August Vacation Program is now open. Our teen groups,
facilitated by Spotlight staff, offer a supportive
group environment in which teens and young adults
ages 14-22 can discuss the myriad issues facing them
today, including school, friendship
and relationships. Boys and girls groups are held
separately. $15 per session or 6 sessions for $60. Our parent support group, which allows parents to receive support from one another around issues relating to parenting a transition-aged child with social-emotional challenges, is actively seeking new members. The cost is $10 per group. Please RSVP by noon on the day of group to scruwys@ne-arc.org. For new participants, please come to the first group with a completed information form
